By paying the amount shown for the parcel you are also agreeing to pay Tier on a monthly basis and will continue to do so for subsequent months while in possession at the rates shown below...

**If desired, You may purchase multiple adjacent lots and join them ( add tier ) to create a larger parcel that will suit your needs. ( parcel can't be subdivided to less than its original size )**

* Structures over 50 meters above ground are subject to approval (except sky boxes which must be 400m or higher)

* Large floating objects are subject to approval.

* No Blocking of waterways or canals

*You may Terraform the land within reason.

* No laggy or intentionally obnoxious prims or scripts( Attempting to hide prims with TEMP Rezzor scripts : these slow the Sims for everyone)
Repeat : Using scripting methods to enhance prim allowances are NOT allowed at any time. (server Issues to Sims)

*Maintain prim limits. ALLOWED PRIMS: It is up to all land owners to keep track of their own prim use.

*This area is a friendly environment and WE EXPECT KINDNESS and
NO INTRUSIONS FROM ALL GUESTS...do not lease here if this is
not possible. Complaints will be investigated.

* Must Include LaPiscean Liberty or any Representative to your access list.
*Breaking any of the Easy to follow rules will jeopardize you & your abilities to stay (with no Refunds of any and all Fees paid)

Land is provided as is to residents. We try our best to provide a pleasant experience that is in line with the expectations of our customers.
However we can not guarantee a certain look, theme, frame rate, telehub location, location of the sims on the map or any other specific sim settings except for it being a mature rated generally residential
But, A small business can be run from here also with Prior Approval.

*You may keep land for as long as desired as long as you pay your monthly Tier on time.

*Consequently, You may sell this parcel at any time at any price you set.

*New Buyers will be responsible for Tiers on land purchased. Tier is due upon transfer to them.
